Interesting comment! I tried Rabbit once when I was a child and someone cooked some, it tasted quite nice I remember, but I'm not sure many would eat rabbit now given the growth of vegetarian/veganism, outside of the fancy expensive restaurants of course, where I expect you can eat just about anything for a price.
