Openness, equality, flexibility, and p-art-icipation are the core principles that provide the organisational basis for all activities of The Creativity Manifesto. There is no hierarchy nor static role-positions, everything is continual flux depending upon people, resources, time, and events. We do not attempt to define or measure creativity or p-art-icipation in any single way. Our revolutionary methods of social engagement through creativity enable everyone to be considered an organic catalyst of creativity and community, able to take an equal part in any decision making, actions, events, or creative processes to the fullest of thier abilities, interests, time, or willingness.
